Rule workflow
The workflow for single rule is:
- we check Limits
- we check Cart Conditions
- we try to find products based on Product Filters
- we apply Product Discount
- we apply Role/Bulk Discounts
- we add to cart (or allow to select) Free Products
- finally, we apply Cart Adjustments
