We usually respond to all support requests within a business day. We sometimes respond to requests outside of normal business hours, but we can't guarantee support outside of these hours. Thank you for your understanding!

What is support?

Our support includes:

  • Configuration questions or recommendations
  • Updates for Woocommerce / WordPress compatibility
  • Common problems with the functionality of the plugin

Our support does not include:

  • Configuring the WooCommerce store settings
  • Configure the functionality of the plugin to the individual needs of the store
  • Customize plugin's files (you should use provided hooks/filters)
  • Fix WooCommerce themes


We fully support our plugins and custom development. However, if you have any problems with our plugins - we'll try to resolve them OR if necessary, refund the money. Our refund policy provides a 30-day limit for all plugins.
