This plugin tracks customer activity, so you should use following way.

1. Visit “WooCommerce” – “Phone Orders”,  tab “Settings” – “Checkout at frontend” and mark “Show Goto Checkout”.

2. Switch to tab “Add Order” and use button “Goto Checkout” instead of “Create Order”.
