Let’s start to work with the Phone Orders for WooCommerce.
Quickly create a phone order with all the necessary settings and send an invoice to the client’s email address on the “Add order” tab.
There are next sections on the “Add order” tab:
The “Order details” section. This is your main workplace, where you can add the product to the order, make an additional discount, apply coupon, change shipping method and add a notes to the order.
The “Find or create a customer” section. This is a workplace for creating a new customer for your order or find an exist one by the username, first or second name, email address or phone number. You can also change the customer’s billing address or input additional shipping address and make a tax exemption (pro version only).
The additional sections for choosing the order’s date, status, payment method and currency.
The searchbar for finding an existing order to edit or copy it. Start to type the product’s name, the customer’s info or the exact order number, choose the necessary order and choose what to do with it further: edit or copy. It’s available only in Phone Orders for WooCommerce PRO.
