Set Up Fields to Export
The “Set up fields to export” block allows you to configure any fields for export.
To add fields to the report, drag & drop the required fields from the right block to the left. All fields divided by categories:
- Common
- Customer
- Billing Address
- Shipping Address
- Products
- Product order items
- Product totals
- Coupons
- Cart
- Shipping
- Totals
Note: The difference between the “Products” category and the “Product order items” category is the “Product” category fields refer directly to the product characteristics of WooCommerce, while the “Product order items” category fields refer to the characteristics of the order items.
Adding custom fields to the report
You can also create custom fields for using them in the report. How to create a custom field:
- Go to the desired category and click on the “Add field” button;
- Select the “Meta key” value;
- Add the value to the “Column name” and “Field format” fields (string only for XLS);
- Click the “Confirm” button.
Another way to add a static field:
- Click on the “Add static field” button;
- Enter a value in the “Column name” field;
- Fill in the “Value” field or leave it empty;
- Select the value from the “Field format” drop-dow;
- Click the “Confirm” button”.
To delete all selected fields, click the “Remove all fields” button.
To delete a single field, click the icon of trash can next to the deleting field name.
Reorder exported fields as you need in the “Drag rows to reorder exported field” section. For XML and JSON formats, you can group fields by products and coupons.
